General Rules

We consider ourselves a serious guild when raiding, whatever you do on your own time is entirely up to you.

Raid Rules

Punctuality
We expect people to be on time for the raids. If you are unable to make the raid you must inform your Class leader or Raid leader.

Attendance

We expect people to attend a minimum of 4 raids per week, if you cannot then this is not the guild for you.

Addons
We expect people to see to it that they have working versions of our required raid addons. The required ones are:
Deadly Bossmods
Omen threatmeter
Group Calender
Any class related addon (e.g. Pally power)
Links to the uni-class addons can be found Here

Ventrilo
While we raid we expect that every member in the raid is on vent, and listening to what's going on there.
On crucial moments, including, but not limited to:
New bosses
Hard bosses
Hard trash
We may call for silence on vent, this means that we want any chatting going on there, so that the raid members are able to hear the raidleaders and classleaders directives, and any other crucial information.
We are however not some sorts of nazis, who want people to be muted on vent and not having a laugh during less intensive encounters, we concider having a laugh while raiding VERY important :p

Potions and other consumables

We expect our members to use consumables, like elixirs/flasks, health/mana potions, bandages, and buff food on any hard and progress encounters. We expect our members themselves to know on which encounters they need these extra buffs, however, if we feel that someone is abusing this freedom we will point this out to them.

On farm content we encourage people to use above mentioned consumables, but we do not however enforce them to have these on.

We also expect for all our members to bring a supply that will last them trough the night of any class related reagents, e.g. seeds for combat resurections, symbols of kings for paladins, candles for priests, etc.

DKP

Raiders in Unlimited will earn DKP during raids, which they will be able to use for acquiring loot. The DKP will be tracked using an add-on called EPGP, which you can download here from Curse Gaming.

DKP Awards

Raid sign up – 150
Raid attendance – end 150
New Boss Kill - 500 (first only)
Boss Kill - 250 2nd and 3rd kill
Farm Boss Kill - 100 After the third kill
Progress raids - 36/15 min

Bonus DKP will be rewarded for good focus and progress during new encounters!

DKP Penalties

The following infractions will incur a loss of DKP by means of an increase of GP

- Sign up but no-show: 150 GP
- Not knowing tactics on a scheduled boss fight when tactics are on the forum, after 3 days of joining Ful lHD: 250 GP
- Going AFK in a raid without letting the Raider Leader or an Officer know: 100 GP (Increases the longer your AFK)
(N.B. By notifying we mean that you actually get an answer from the raidleader or the officer, who approves of you going, and not just whispering the raidleader and then instantly going.)

Bidding

All Greens and Blues will be either DE or put into the Guild Bank to be used as Enchanting materials, which can be bought from the Guild Officers at half AH price. Will only be sold to you to enchant your newly acquired PvE gear!

AFK gear will be given at the cost of 1 Abyss Shard deposited to the bank, and only for items on nobody has Main or Off-spec Interests.

Loot will be given by Rank over DKP. The order follows as: Raider, Member then Trial.

The value of all items that drop is listed on each item through the EPGP addon, which you need to download. There will be no actual DKP “bid wars” for any items.

When a boss is looted, the Master Looter will display the items that dropped.

Then the Master Looter will show one item on RW, for people to bid on. The ONLY way to bid is to wisp the master looter the word “Mainspec” (if you need the item for your spec) or the word “Offspec” (if you want the item for off-spec).

As mentioned before, there will be no DKP bid wars for any items. The person with the highest PR (Priority) according to EPGP and who whispered the Master Looter the word Main, will take the item. There will be one exception to the rule, as follows:

If the Raid Leader, Master Looter, Guild Master, and Officers present have reason to believe that the item on which people are requesting “Main” may barely be an upgrade for the player with the highest PR, while there are others for whom that item is an obvious improvement and step-up, the item may be granted (upon majority agreement of all officers mentioned above) to the person who would most benefit from the item in question. We hope that every member of Unlimited will understand this, as it is done in the spirit that Officers will always make their decisions for the benefit of raid and guild progress.

If there were no people who whispered Main on an item, it will be available for off-spec and those who whispered Offspec will be asked to roll for it. Off-spec items cost no DKP.

Once an item is given over by the Master Looter, the winner’s GP will be increased by the point value of that item, so that his PR will automatically lower.

Guild Ranks

Trial
This is the rank you start out as in the guild, we will monitor your performance and see how you do in raids. During this period we will decide if we feel that we want you in the guild, and you decide if this guild is anything for you, This phase lasts two weeks. You will also not be entiteled to any gear, unless all the members pass on it.

Member
This is the rank you have after you've passed your trial, when you are a member you are required to attend to atleast 3 raids a week (Attending counts as being there during the time of invites, even if not being invited to the particular raid).
Your spot in the guild is now safe, but we will still keep monitoring your performance to some extent.

Raider
This is the rank when you attend to about 90% of the raids, now you are a part of the core of the guild. Raiders get priority on raid spots, and in case of ties in DKP the raider gets priority over normal members.

Class leader
These are the officers in the guild. These people take care of their own class, and vote on offifcer matters, and help the guildmasters manage the guild in general. Same as raider for other purposes

Guildmaster
This is the highest rank in the guild. It's the guildmasters' responsibility to see that all the officers work together, and to see to the management of the guild in general. In otherwords, they do nothing and take credit for the classleaders work.
